The Ninemile Run Watershed lies entirely within Potter County, PA. Ninemile Run flows east to its confluence with the headwaters of Pine Creek near the town of Walton, PA. The monitoring station along Ninemile Run is located approximately one mile west of the confluence with Pine Creek in Susquehannock State Forest.
